Client/ Supplier Workshop 22-23 August

Objectives
Between 15 and 24 ICCA Members from the Latin American region will participate in this event. Representatives from Regional Associations, who were carefully chosen, ensures that in a way the members will be promoting their products, services and destinations to people who are actively involved in the decision making process of the Associations observed, and are willing to share all the ins and outs of the events and their Associations with the ICCA members.

There is no other event that can provide you with such an opportunity to meet face to face and discuss possible ways of cooperation in the future, all in a relaxed atmosphere and a nice setting, tailor made ​​for this event will offer high quality networking.  

How to participate (for ICCA Members only)
Participation at this workshop will be limited to 24 ICCA member companies and a maximum of two per company Delegates. Members will be accepted to participate for the workshop only after completing the registration process, paying for the registration fee and after the formal confirmation of participation of one of the proposed clients.  

Registration Registration 

Registration is accepted on a first come first served basis, therefore it is highly recommended to register as soon as possible. Places on the Workshop can not be reserved or held. If a member's application for the Workshop is not fully complete or additional information is required, they will not have a place on the Workshop until this is done.  Members will only have a place on the Workshop after they have fully completed the registration process, including the additional information (if necessary). Upon receiving your registration confirmation that has-been accepted by ICCA Latin America, payment of the registration fee should be made. Please note that your registration will be only valid after the confirmation of one of the clients presented, this means, the signing of the participation contract and the purchase of the client flight ticket. 

IMPORTANT
Please take into consideration that companies that have already attended the previous Client Supplier Workshop in  Quito, Salvador, Lima, Medellin, Montevideo, Viña del Mar and Natal will be put on the waiting list in order to give priority to those who have NOT PARTICIPATED yet. If you wish to participate again in this workshop, please go through the registration process and we will confirm your participation after the waiting list deadline

We will close the waiting list on 16 May and after this date, no more requests are accepted. After closing, you will be informed as soon as possible whether you have been accepted to participate.

Members attending the workshop are responsible for making their own travel and accommodation arrangements, as well as paying for their registration fee.
